Zamania was a South African mobile game created by Saui Games and TDH Entertainment, it was an open-world game where a player can travel all around South Africa. The game became popular a week after its launch, but in Summer 2014, a company called SABC bought the franchise and planned to have a TV show based on the game airing on their networks. But later in Novmeber of the same year, angry users complained on the Zamania fourms that the game had too many ads promoting SABC and keeps pushing people to do tasks that involves them going to their headquarters to earn Za Coins. The game later got removed from app stores and Akolo Nanabia, the creator of the game said that, Because of the game having too much ads and tasks that push players to go to certain places, I'm terminating the SABC contract. But sadly this game became lost media as in 2016, apks of the game were available to download in certain websites, but the creator requested them take them down. There were no computer or video game releases of the game, so thus making it fully lost media.
